The Cincinnati Home + Garden Show won’t return until 2026, producer Marketplace Events (MPE) announced Thursday.

The show features experts and vendors specializing in outdoor living, kitchens, baths and home improvements. In July, MPE said it was searching for a temporary location for the show after its home, the Duke Energy Convention Center, closed to undergo renovations. However, due to the show’s logistical and space needs, MPE says it’s postponing it until the convention center reopens in early 2026.

“After an extensive search, we ultimately determined that alternate venue options did not provide adequate space nor dates suitable for us to run a two-weekend show,” MPE vice chairman Tom Baugh said in a press release. “This led to our decision to wait until we could produce the high-quality show the Greater Cincinnati community knows and expects. We look forward to hosting a wonderful show in 2026.”

The Cincinnati Home + Garden Show’s next run will be Feb. 20-22, and Feb. 27-March 1, 2026. Exhibitors who were approved for the 2025 show will be automatically rolled over and confirmed to participate in the 2026 one.

MPE’s other popular show, the Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market, will be held this year at the Sharonville Convention Center. That will run Nov. 8-10.
