Every Thursday night from now through August you can party by the Roebling Bridge at the Gold Star Rockin’ the Roebling Summer Concert series.
The free concerts are held from 6-10 p.m. on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn at Moerlein Lager House. The first one kicks off May 16 with Floyd and the Walkmen.
Food and beverages will be available on-site. There will be special pop-up stands showcasing brews from Moerlein Lager House, a bar with an extensive bourbon selection and treats from Gold Star, as well as pizza, brats, kettle corn and more. A weekly wine selection will also be available.
You can sip happy knowing that $1 of each Moerlein beer sale during the Rockin’ the Roebling series will go back to the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, and each week, local nonprofit chapters will be at the concert to raise funds. Cincinnati Park will also provide added entertainment like kids' activities and yard games, and the event is also dog-friendly, so you can bring the whole family.
