21c Museum Hotel’s The Rooftop at 21c is now open for the season, offering a new menu from its new executive chef.

The rooftop bar in downtown Cincinnati features a menu of sharable Peruvian-style dishes crafted with bright flavors and seasonal ingredients, as well as coastal-inspired cocktails. Kam Losonsky, the recently appointed executive chef of the hotel’s restaurant, Metropole, designed the menu to reflect the vibrant scenery and laid-back vibes of The Rooftop at 21c.

“The Rooftop at 21c brings a completely different vibe than Metropole, so I had a lot of fun creating the menu! Plus, seeing the city from 11 stories up added an extra layer of inspiration! You’ll find a lot of fresh, seafood-forward dishes, Peruvian influences and even a touch of my Cincinnati roots on the menu too,” Losonsky said in a press release.

Menu highlights include the Goetta Croquette (sweet onion and scallions); the Oyster Shooter (Pisco-spiked watermelon and aji panca sangrita); and the Pan Con Chicharron Slider (aji-amarillo-glazed pork belly, salsa criolla and smoked sweet-potato mustard).

The beverage menu features refreshing craft cocktails like The Mirage (pineapple rum, Diplomático, falernum, lime and demerara sugar) and Green With Envy (tequila, mezcal, pineapple, cilantro, mint, passionfruit and lime). There is also a selection of beer, wine and zero-proof options.

You can see the full menu here.

And to celebrate Pride Month, The Rooftop at 21c is offering a Pride cocktail, the Boots Down margarita. Throughout June and July, a portion of the proceeds from each Boots Down margarita sold will be donated to Transform Cincy, a nonprofit that helps transgender and gender-non-conforming youth by providing them with free wardrobes.
