Factory 52’s food hall, The Gatherall, is offering a new culinary experience for vegan diners.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, The Gatherall is hosting the Vegan Progressive Dinner, a five-course tapas meal highlighting vegan dishes from some of the food hall’s vendors, including Melt, Gabriella’s Filipina Kantina, Shango’s Taqueria and Molly’s Cupcakes. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.
“We are thrilled to host this unique vegan progressive dinner,” Giacomo Ciminello, general manager at The Gatherall, said in a press release. “This event is a testament to our commitment to offering diverse and exceptional dining experiences.”
The menu includes:
- Watermelon Gazpacho & BBQ Hawaiian Tempeh by Melt
- Smokey Jerked Mushroom & Yellow Squash Caramelized Onion Canape by Shango's
- King Oyster Scallops by Gabriela's
- Dessert by Molly's Cupcakes
The Gatherall’s bar will also be serving a selection of seasonal cocktails and mocktails for the occasion.
