Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow made a buzz earlier this summer after he debuted a bright blonde buzz cut. Now, ahead of the Bengals’ season opener on Sunday, Sept. 8, fans can get their own buzz cuts or tiger stripes at a special barbershop pop-up.

BuzzBallz, a ready-to-drink cocktail brand, partnered with the Bengals on the pop-up, which will be located at the Pregame at the Banks tailgate experience (Freedom Way between Race Street and Joe Nuxhall Way) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fans can receive a free haircut along with a complimentary BuzzBallz cocktail. Barbers and stylists from Spanky's Barber Shop, Mitchell’s Salon and 5 Star Barbershop will be providing the cuts.

"Partnering with the Bengals for their home opener is an incredible opportunity for BuzzBallz to celebrate our fans in Cincinnati. With Sazerac based in Louisville and the Bengals being our ‘home team,’ this is an incredibly special moment for us as we embrace the ‘Cincinnati vs. the World’ spirit," said Sara Saunders, chief marketing officer at Sazerac, the branding agency for BuzzBallz. “Both BuzzBallz and the Bengals are known for having fun-loving and enthusiastic fan bases and we’re excited to bring these two powerhouse brands together for a partnership — and activation! — unlike anything else.”

Fans are also encouraged to share their Bengals- or BuzzBallz-inspired ‘dos on social media for bragging rights and the chance to be featured on BuzzBallz’s social media. BuzzBallz cocktails will also be for sale in Paycor Stadium, and later in the season, they will be offering a co-created Bengals and BuzzBallz chili mango cocktail at Paycor and local retailers.

The Bengals’ Open in Orange game against the New England Patriots will kick off at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8.
