During a media event on March 23, 2023, Gary Davis, executive chef for Delaware North, said that the club is prioritizing partnerships with local businesses for Cincinnati-centric food, and many new items are from Fifty West Brewing Company, Wings & Rings, Glier's and E+O Kitchen.
"The local partnerships – adding Fifty West in, Chick-fil-A, Wings & Rings and having those Cincinnati local brands is a really huge offering here at the ball park for the upcoming season," Davis told CityBeat. "They [fans] love it. And now that you can come down here, you can have a Fifty West burger or you can get Wings & Rings or you can have the Reds' ice cream, obviously Glier's has always been a big brand with the brat – I mean, this is a huge offering for the upcoming season."
"I really like the cheeseburger frybox; that was one of my creations. We got rid of the rookie cookie frybox [from the 2022 season], and we're going to try this," Davis said, noting that adding items atop french fries was very on trend. "I don't know one restaurant that doesn't have some sort of loaded nacho or "tot-cho" (tater-tot nachos) or poutine on the menu now."
A few of the 2023 offerings, per a release from the Reds:
- Cheeseburger Frybox – Hamburger topped with nacho cheese, iceberg lettuce, grilled onions, pickles and Thousand Island dressing. Served on French fries.
- The Split Finger – Grilled, split Glier’s bratwurst topped with sauerkraut, bistro sauce and mustard. Served on a toasted Italian roll. Available in Scouts Alley, Grill & Fry Stand at Section 415 and Food Bar locations.
- GABP Burger – Glier’s Goetta (a German sausage) topped with American cheese, cage-free over hard egg and bistro sauce. Served on a pretzel bun. Sold at Food Bar locations.
- The Curve Ball – Veggie burger topped with iceberg lettuce, grilled onions, pickles and Thousand Island dressing. Served on a brioche bun. Sold in Scouts Alley and the Porkopolis Stand at Section 117.
- Skyline Chili Nachos – Tortilla chips topped with Skyline Chili, nacho cheese sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Available at the Skyline locations at Sections 115 and 418.
- Goetta Pretzel Bites – Glier’s Goetta Bites and Mini Pretzel Bites topped with JTM Queso. Available in Scouts Alley.
- Smoked Pork Loin Sandwich – Smoked pork loin topped with pickled jalapenos, onions, cucumbers and barbecue sauce. Served on a brioche bun. Available at the Montgomery Inn Smokehouse.
- Fifty West Classic Burger: Two house-ground beef patties topped with American cheese, tomato, onion, pickles and fry sauce. Served on a potato bun with crinkle-cut fries.
- Fifty West Kansas Burger: Two house-ground beef patties topped with American cheese, bacon, pickles, coleslaw and barbecue sauce. Served on a potato bun with crinkle-cut fries.
- Wings & Rings Buffalo Chicken Nachos: Tortilla chips layered with chicken tossed in Buffalo hot sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, fresh jalapeños, queso blanco and Cheddar Jack. Served with choice of bleu cheese dip or ranch dressing on the side.
- Wings & Rings Classic Onion Rings:Thick-cut, crumb-braded and served with ‘Bama White dipping sauce.
- E+O Kitchen Sushi Roll: Veggie, California, Spicy Tuna and Shrimp Tempura.
