Sparks in the Park

July 3 from 7-10 p.m.

Enjoy live music beginning at 7 p.m. and fireworks at 10 p.m. Cold water and soda will be provided by The Milford Community Fire Department and The American Legion will offer adult beverages in special event DORA cups. Food will be provided by the Masonic Lodge and other vendors.

Newport Blast

July 3 from noon-11 p.m.

Newport's inaugural Fourth of July celebration will include a carnival-themed party at Newport on the Levee with stilt walkers dressed as Uncle Sam and the Statue of Liberty, live music, a hot dog eating contest and, of course, fireworks. BB Riverboats will also be offering three ticketed cruises to coincide with the celebration.

Green Township Independence Day Fireworks and Concert 

July 3 at 5:30 p.m.

Enjoy an Independence Day filled with live music, fireworks, food and craft beer in the beautiful Kuliga Park. Live music will be performed by Cincinnati band Saffire Express at 7 p.m.

Madeira Independence Day Parade and Celebration

July 3 from 6-10 p.m. 

Experience Madeira’s patriotic tradition with family, friends and neighbors. After the parade, head to McDonald Commons Park to continue the celebration with live music, food and fireworks.

Colerain Township 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular

July 3 at 7 p.m.

Enjoy a spectacular fireworks show hosted by the Colerain Township Board of Trustees and the Colerain Summer Events Committee. The event includes eight food trucks, a kids' play area, touch-a-truck opportunities and live music by Rock band Second Wind.

Edgewood 4th of July Events

July 4 from 7:30 a.m.-9:45 p.m.

Start off the day by cheering on the runners in the 46th Annual Edgewood Independence Day 5K Race at Presidents Park. The race includes divisions for runners, walkers and even a children’s fun run. After the race, enjoy the 62nd annual neighborhood parade beginning at the Caywood Elementary and Turkeyfoot Middle School campus. Following the parade, there will be free live music and fireworks in Freedom Park, complete with food and drink vendors.

Fort Thomas 4th of July Celebration

Wyoming 4th of July Celebration

July 4 from 9 a.m.-9:45 p.m.

Enjoy a parade with neighbors and family celebrating both Independence Day and Wyoming's 150th anniversary. Following the parade will be free swimming for all residents at Wyoming Family Aquatic Center. Head to Oak Park in the evening for bounce houses, obstacle courses, games, food and live music performed by The Shifferly Road Band followed by a fireworks show.

Sayler Park Fourth of July Bike Parade

July 4 from 10-11 a.m.

This fun and creative event is open to kids, teenagers and adults. Parade participants will meet up at the Cincinnati Recreation Center to decorate bikes followed by a paradefrom the rec center to Sayler Park. Light refreshments will be provided after the parade and prizes for the best decorated bikes will be handed out.

City of Montgomery Independence Day Parade and Festival

July 4 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Celebrate Independence Day with a neighborhood parade along Cooper and Montgomery Road in Montgomery, followed by an outdoor Fourth of July festival at Montgomery Park.

Stricker's Grove 4th of July Celebration

July 4 from 2-11 p.m.

This is one of the few days that this privately-owned amusement park is open to the public, so be sure to take advantage of the rare occasion during the park’s annual Fourth of July celebration. This day of entertainment and fun includes amusement park rides, food and drink and fireworks.

Northside Parade and Rock N’ Roll Carnival

July 4-6

Rock around the block with the free three-day Northside Rock N’ Roll Carnival. Local artists Kendra Morris, 1876, Mr. Phylzzz, Lung and more will be performing during the carnival. The Northside Parade will be the centerpiece for the event, taking place on July 4 at 11 a.m., working its way from the corner Ashtree and Hamilton Avenue to Palm Avenue.

Taps, Tastes, and Tunes Festival

Sip on some cold moonshine slushies, beer or soft drinks while jamming out to music by Josh Morgan, Lit and Nine Days all weekend. The events (and fireworks show on July 5) take place at the National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting.

Loveland Independence Day Celebration

July 4 from 4-11 p.m.

This family-oriented event includes many activities such as games, food trucks, bingo, kids’ bike decorating contests, a pie-eating competition, live music, a parade and fireworks. A giant Connect Four will be provided by the Mathnasium of Loveland and the Loveland High School Robotics Team will be doing demonstrations — all before a fireworks show in downtown Loveland at 10 p.m.

MadTree Brewing Red, White & Blue Ash

July 4 from 4-10:30 p.m.

Celebrate Independence Day at Summit Park with this free event that includes live music, fireworks, local food and drink vendors, games and carnival rides. Live music will be headlined by alternative-rock duo Judah & The Lion, accompanied by opener Motherfolk. Starting at 10 p.m., the Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics firework show will light up the night sky and the iconic Observation Tower located in the park.

Cincinnati Pops and conductor John Russell Morris come together for the annual Fourth of July concert Red, White & BOOM. Enjoy patriotic music at Riverbend Music Center followed by a post-concert fireworks show.

King's Island 4th of July Celebration

Bring your family and friends to this fun-filled Fourth of July celebration at Kings Island. Enjoy a pre-fireworks dinner, spend the day riding rollercoasters and then look to the sky for the Kings Island fireworks show.
