The Kroger Wellness Festival will return to downtown Cincinnati this year in a new location and with a variety of new and returning celebrity guests.
The festival is a two-day health and wellness event featuring more than 200 panel discussions, cooking demonstrations, fitness classes, exhibitions, workshops and musical performances that will focus on six core pillars of transformation: balance, move, breathe, care, uplift and play. It’ll now take place across six stages on Fifth Street in downtown Cincinnati on Friday-Saturday, Sept. 27-28, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.
“We’re excited to bring the Kroger Wellness Festival to a larger location with two full days of free, interactive health-centered programs that focus on fitness, mindfulness and overall wellness,” Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health, said in a press release. “This festival is another opportunity for the community to access resources that encourage healthy eating and living, in a family-friendly atmosphere.”
Live music at the Kroger Wellness Festival this year will include free concerts from Third Eye Blind on Friday, Sept. 27 and Jason Derulo on Saturday, Sept. 28. Other celebrity guests include Chrissy Teigen, who attended the festival in 2022, as well as former baseball champ Alex Rodriguez, Food Network star and James Beard award-winning chef Maneet Chauhan, MMA star Dustin Poirier, former WNBA player and registered dietitian nutritionist Briana Butler and more.
Organizers say a full schedule will be released later in August. To help with the safety and security of attendees and supporters, the festival is prohibiting carts, wagons, suitcases, strollers without children, duffle bags, oversized backpacks, roller bags and wheeled carriers of any kind this year.
