Some things are best in small doses. For instance, I hate reality television, but for some reason I can’t turn away when America’s Fattest Crybabies is on. I also recommend hanging out with Northside hipsters in the smallest amounts possible. Now, I’d like to add Worst Week Ever to that list.

A slice of authentic New York pizza is hard to come by in a city like Cincinnati. Surely there is no lack of pizzerias that claim to offer a “New York style” pizza, but there is rarely agreement as to which place is the real deal. If you’ve had a true New York slice, you won’t argue when we say that Noce’s Pizzeria is Cincinnati’s latest addition that does offer the real deal.

Cincinnati is a great place to live if you´re an educated young professional who works at Procter & Gamble (they have a gym in the basement!). The Enquirer today reported that many such YPs gathered last week to promote their town to other young people who like to wear collared shirts but not ties.

Starting out in this print business 10 years ago, I worked Christmas Day at The Cincinnati Enquirer. Besides the overtime pay, I enjoyed working major holidays because usually there was nothing to do. On this one day, I remember, I decided to pull the newsroom TVs out their cubbyholes to dust behind them.
