Starting Monday, FX spawns a new young adult network, dubbed FXX. FX’s hit comedies It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League will make the jump to the new network along with the nightly talk show Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.

(now available on Netflix) follows Piper Chapman (played by a very
convincing Taylor Schilling) as she trades in her Brooklyn yuppie life
with a loving fiancé for 15 months in lock-up and a prison wife.

(10 p.m. Sunday, Showtime) should be at the top of any savvy channel
surfer’s watchlist. The political thriller nabbed awards in the drama
