It's been quite a year for the Rev and his washboard-banging wife Breezy, who bid adieu to brother/drummer Jayme Peyton last December. The Rev stayed in the family to find a new skinsman in cousin Aaron Persinger, and the BDB hit the studio to record their fourth full-length album, 'The Wages,' released in May to overwhelming critical and commercial response.

If there's any truth in the old adage that "the family that plays together stays together," the Peytons of Indiana will be tight until the next ice age. The Big Damn Band coalesced a mere three years ago, but in that time the Country/Blues trio has averaged 250 shows a year.
