Jason Statham is the current crown prince of the action hero genre and Parker looks like the latest mandate from on high.   

As things stand now, it would appear that Jennifer Lopez needs a back-up plan for her career. In my estimation, her last strong performance was opposite an emerging George Clooney in 'Out of Sight' (1998), but her fortunes have since gone in the opposite direction from his. 'The Back-Up Plan' does Lopez no favors. Grade: D.
