For its 2011 special exhibit, 20th Century Cincinnati will present Signs of Modern Times.   This eye-dazzling group of 1920’s through 1970’s commercial signs has been hand-picked from the American Sign Museum collection.  The gallery-style exhibit will include both outdoor neons and indoor, point-of-purchase signage in the various modern styles.  A unique artist’s rendition of Times Square from the offices of Douglas Leigh (who the New York Times called ‘the man who lit up Broadway’) will be shown publicly for the first time.
