FAUX REAL: A Forger's Story, curated by Matthew C. Leininger and Aaron J. Cowan, is the newest exhibit located in the Dorothy W. and C. Lawson Reed Jr. Gallery at the DAAP Galleries. FAUX Real explores the curious tale of Mark Landis, an admitted art forger. Landis is believed to have gifted over one hundred works of art to over 50 institutions across the United States. Forgeries, photographs and materials provided by Landis will be on display.
