Balinese Dance Class

The Clifton Cultural Arts Center is opening a Balinese dance class for beginners. A Balinese dancer uses nearly every part of their body, including their face, to express such emotions as joy, anger, and sorrow. Balinese dancer Kamellia will teach Pendet, an eight minute long welcoming dance that includes many of the basic movements used in Balinese dance. Students will learn the secret to traditional Balinese dance in just 11 weeks. For more information or to register, contact classes@cliftonculturalarts.org.
