 By combining the cutting-edge offerings of Exhale Dance Tribe with hip-hop poetry of Emily Wells, Debbie Harry and Leonard Cohen, RapTure brings a diverse mingling of styles, sounds and sights. Local choreographers Lindsay Lancaster, Lea Lachey and Jessica Harris will be debuting new work that puts a fresh perspective on communication through words. Artistic Directors Andrew Hubbard and Missy Lay-Zimmer will also present two pieces, Exposed and Click Boom. Performances held in the Jarson-Kaplan Theater.

The main arts performance venue downtown is home to touring Broadway shows as well as a number of local arts organizations, from Cincinnati Ballet to Cincinnati Playwrights Initiative. The Cincinnati Arts Association manages the Aronoff Center, Music Hall and Memorial Hall and also produces its own comedy shows, music concerts, touring children’s productions, touring dance companies and other events, mostly at the Aronoff Center.
