The Christ Hospital Wellness Division will have a six-week session on Targeting Tobacco every Monday beginning Nov. 4 through Dec. 9. Learn how to identify your “hot spots” and strategies to deal with them, nicotine replacement therapy, strategies for quitting, setting a quit date, stress management, depression, healthy eating, weight management, use of exercise and physical activity to increase health.
