Brazee Street Studios’ gallery presents mostly wood, a solo exhibition of sculptural and installation work by sculptor Jim Killy. As a fixture in the greater Tri-State area, Jim Killy is well known for serving as sculpture professor at Miami University for over 30 years. Killy's work combines a range of sculptural languages including the manipulation of wood, integration of found objects, stone, and welded steel. His work has been included in numerous regional, national and international exhibits as well as a number of one-person and group shows. Selected exhibits include: May Show, Columbus Gallery of Fine Arts; Indianapolis Museum of Art; New Horizons in Art, Illinois Center, Chicago, Illinois; Chicago Vicinity Show, Museum of the Chicago Art Institute; International Sculpture Conference, Royal Hibernian Museum, Dublin, Ireland; University of Hawaii at Manoa.
