Writing and Art on Grailville's Trails
Let the natural beauty of the Grailville Trails inspire your creative endeavors with Writing & Art on Grailville's Trails at Grailville Retreat & Program Center in Loveland. Join Practice of Poetry facilitator Pauletta Hansel and Grailville's Trail Project Coordinator Amy Tuttle for an evening of outdoor inspiration on Grailville's Trails. Since its launch in 2011, the Grailville Trails have seen improvements to the South Trail include a walking bridge, an upper trail, four natural benches, mosaic trail markers, decorative tree fiber-art, and much more, through the Trail Project and a generous Ohio Arts Council grant. Our Trail Art will serve as inspiration as we incorporate our creative writing into new art for the trails. We will meet in Grailville's Gazebo; feel free to come early with a brownbag supper. Writing & Art on Grailville's Trails is a part of Grailville's Practice of Poetry series that offers ways to use poetry as a spiritual and creative practice. The practice of poetry helps us find new meaning in our experiences, and to make room for both inspiration and careful discernment in the decisions that affect our lives.
