The 39 Steps

Holly Rouse
7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. 2 p.m. Sunday., Thursday August 01 | $22-$31.

Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Cincinnati’s stage for the classics, is thrilled to present The 39 Steps; with more than 100 characters and only four actors, even the costume changes are thrilling. This production is directed by CSC Producing Artistic Director, Brian Isaac Phillips and features CSC Resident Ensemble members, Billy Chace, Justin McCombs, Miranda McGee and Nicholas Rose.  The design of this production is generously sponsored by Johnson Investment Counsel. This runaway Broadway hit lands at CSC this summer.  Alfred Hitchcock’s classic potboiler gets a tongue-in-cheek twist as four actors rocket their way through over 100 roles in a blood-tingling, and hilarious, tale of espionage and murder. Audiences will not be disappointed by The 39 Steps. It’ll be an evening of comedy… to die for.
