In Converging Perspectives

Holly Rouse
10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday., Monday June 17

The Fifth Street Gallery presents, "In Converging Perspectives," in which Jim Farr brings together his two paths as an artist.  As a painter of the lakes and forests of the northeast, he conveys his admiration and respect for the environment through both expansive scenes and intimate studies of natural beauty. As a master of custom automotive painting, Farr is renowned as “Dauber,” whose sleek, elegant designs and paintwork on custom cars, race cars, hot rods and motorcycles have received national recognition and awards. He is the only automotive artist in the National Hot Rod Association Hall of Fame, and his custom painted motorcycles were shown with  Rosson Crow: Myth of the American Motorcycle at  the Cincinnati Contemporary Art Center. The two faces of Jim Dauber Farr will come together for the first time  at the 5th Street Gallery through July 6.
