Neiger, an assistant professor at Elmhurst College in Illinois, will speak on the topic "Cohens on the Move: Jewish Neighborhood Dynamics in Cincinnati, 1940-1990" as part of Jewish American Heritage Month. Neiger's study attempts to determine areas of Jewish settlement through modeling activities associated with sites identified with the Jews. Located at the main library in the Genealogy and Local History Program Space on the third floor.
