Please Welcome on Brian Scott of Vintner Select to the Summit Restaurant on Thursday, April 11. Executive Chef Sean Kagy and his team of Midwest Culinary Institute students will prepare a five course dinner featuring Brian's selection of wines from the Mediterranean region.
Join us as we celebrate the Spring Season with delicious wines paired with wonderful dishes. We will begin the festivities at 6:30 p.m. There will be no need to rush as we will provide complimentary valet parking. The cost is just $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
