  This class is suitable for all levels! Join Karen Landrum, RYT, for this basic/beginner yoga practice that offers a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy weight with increased flexibility, more stamina & lean muscle!  Please bring a yoga mat & small handheld or wrist weights to improve lean muscle tone (weights are optional).  Be sure to register!
