Decorative Arts Center of Ohio Presentation

In Lancaster, Ohio, lies the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio, a historic property now used for a civic purpose involving the arts. Visit the Fitton Center for Creative Arts as Ohio Magazine presents the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Carruthers Signature Ballroom.

 

The Decorative Arts Center of Ohio is a not-for-profit museum whose mission is to foster knowledge and appreciation of the decorative arts; celebrate the architecture and heritage of the Reese-Peters House; and enhance the vitality and integrity of historic Lancaster. The Center provides exhibitions, public programs, art classes and workshops for all ages, and a focus for research and communication about the decorative arts of Ohio. This presentation is sure to inform and impress. Ohio Magazine will also be providing $1,500 worth of prize giveaways at this event!

 

This presentation is part of the Celebrating Self Luncheon Series. Celebrating Self is a casual and informative luncheon series featuring regional speakers, interesting topics and delicious food catered by Coach House Catering. The Carruthers Signature Ballroom opens at 11:30 a.m. with a buffet lunch and musical entertainment by Treva Boardman. Celebrating Self is presented by Ohio Magazine and Fort Hamilton Hospital, Part of Kettering Health Network.
