Rest Renew Reveal

Kyle Pope
1:30-3:30 p.m., Saturday April 13 | $149

Re-ignite your creativity by taking time to turn inside. Join us for an afternoon of relaxation and writing as yoga teacher and WWf(a)C facilitator, Bev Palmer, and musician and life coach Ron Esposito lead a workshop on the powerfully transforming practice of combining Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga Rest with reflective journaling.  The language of the body, the healing vibrational energy of the bowls, and the written word combine in an integrative practice that opens the channels of energy for a deeper experience of yourself and insights that may take your writing to a new level.
