New!! The Chemistry Series celebrates the amazing relationship between food and wine. Join us for an interactive evening of tasting designed to tantalize your palete and educate as you move through each course and selected wine. Learn as you sample, why a particular wine works with a course pairing and why another wine, may not. It’s all in the Chemistry! Hosted by The Art of Entertaining & The Spice and Tea Exchange.

The Art of Entertaining (dining – cooking) and Uncorked at The Art of Entertaining (Wine Bar & Shop) combine resources and specialize in interactive culinary, wine and/or beer tasting events. Guests can merely sit back and enjoy the culinary show chefs offer while preparing the dishes on a personalized menu (selected from 60 menus available). Join the chef at the cooktop and ask a question or two about technique, ingredients or the recipe and sit in the wine bar and enjoy a glass of wine while socializing with each other and chatting with the sommelier.
