 Arlene de Silva will introduce two evidence-based music and wellness programs: Clavinova Connection and HealthRHYTHMS. This program is all about active engagement, enjoyment, learning, discovering and is based on a whole-person strategy. Both programs were innovated by neurologist Barry Bittman, MD, and have scientifically proven health benefits including positive immune system changes, dress reduction, improved team work, communication and socialization enhancement.
