SMALL is BIG

Keith Bowers
2-7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Noon-5 p.m. Saturday., Friday March 15 | Free.

Small paintings that stand on their own are capable of producing a powerful effect on viewers. Paintings done n a small scale communicate intimacy. The viewer becomes intensely aware of his or her own space as well as the space in the painting. The exhibit showcases 30 small paintings by a recognized group of five powerful artists. March 9 and 10 will feature workshops on 'The Bay Area Technique(Taking Temperature)' by Tim Kennedy.
