Canstruction

Keith Bowers
10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Noon-5 p.m. Sunday., Tuesday February 19 | Free.

The national Canstruction competition kicks off its unique three week display at the Weston Art Gallery. Sponsored by the Cincinnati chapters of the American Institute of Architects and the Society for Design Administration, the exhibit features sculptures built entirely of stacked canned and non-perishable packaged goods. All of the materials are then donated to the Freestore Foodbank at the conclusion of the display. Judging will occur on February 20, but the public is invited to participate throughout the exhibit period by bringing food items to any of the display sites.
