Karma Kids: Peaceful Play

Emmi MacIntyre
11:30 a.m., Thursday March 28 | 100/10-class package for one child or $150 for two.
Engaging children in peaceful “play” helps to foster an acceptance of self and others, helping to create a more harmonious world. As we practice yoga to counter the stress experienced by children living in a hurry-up world we will focus on self-awareness, kindness, love and peacefulness in our class and in our lives. Whether it’s using puppets to develop peacemaking and conflict resolution skills, creating “peace” art, singing songs of affirmation, or expressing joyfulness through movement, we’ll discover the effect we have on others and our earth and what makes us different and the same, and why!

Ages 2-5 years. Registration required.
