 The seminar "Tax Exemption: 501(C)(3) and What It Means" will review the process by which a non-profit organization obtains this tax exempt status and the federal and state laws impact on such organizations. The specific focus will be on corporate organization, state and federal filing requirements and the legal obligations that are imposed. It will be presented by attorney Chad N. Eckhardt in the Huenefeld Tower Room on the third floor. Register online or call.
