The Summit is pleased to welcome John Meisler, an acclaimed speaker, educator and brew master. For years John has experimented with the flavors found in spirits, wines and beers as base ingredients and accent spices in preparing epicurean delights. Chef Meisler will demonstrate cocktail and food making. After the demonstration, quests will go to the Summit to enjoy five different dishes and taste the rum cocktail specifically for each dish.
