Circle Tail is hosting a fine wine, dinner, art showing, raffle, and silent auction to benefit their ongoing work providing guide dogs to those with special needs. An open beer and wine bar will be available. The event will be hosted by Amy Tobin of Amy's Table, heard on Q-102 FM. RSVP by February 22.
