The time has finally come for Cincinnati fashion-aficionados to both dress and suit up. Cincinnati Fashion Week starts April 21 with "Future Blooms Bazaar," a recycled fashion, crafts and clothing sale, and is highlighted by the April 23 "Fashion Finale" at the Hyatt Regency's Grand Ballroom downtown.
