Cincinnati Public Schools is suing a private charter school operator for purchasing a CPS building and then using the building to try to steal its students and government funds. CPS says the operator of the school, Theodore Roosevelt Public Charter School, agreed to not to use the building as a school but then did it anyway. The school contends that it is allowed to be a school.

U.S. attorneys have announced a news conference today to "outline actions targeting the sale, distribution and cultivation of marijuana." The AP reports that the Obama administration originally ordered the buzzkill, even though the state in 1996 approved its medical-marijuana law and it has a lot of support.
