In cities where people don't need cars to get to and from work, grocery stores, entertainment and doctors offices, there exists a company called Zipcar that provides vehicles for short periods of time during the rare occasions when a car is necessary. Here are the wild details of such a service coming to Cincinnati. (OK, so they're only for UC students.)
