I must admit after pushing back the announcement and basically saying they've got more headliners than they know what to do with, I am a little disappointed. More bands and comedy acts will be confirmed as we get closer to the festival, which takes over Manchester, Ten. June 9-12.

General admission tickets go on sale Saturday.  Pre-sale tickets sold out on Black Friday in 2 hours, so they're expected to sell fast.  Go here for more details. All you B'rooers out there, what do you think of this preliminary line-up?

Eminem should not be #1 on the bill. It's the 10th anniversary. How is Eminem #1? Too much rap anyways. Lots of great stuff too. Arcade Fire (not really Bonnaroo headliner material in my mind), Panic (done it too much but I respect them - I'd rather have Furthur, Phish or Trey though), Black Keys (didn't get to see much of them last year with Flaming Lips/Hall & Chromeo conflict), Buffalo Springfield (are you freaking kidding me!), My Morning Jacket (haven't seen them since 2005), SCI (haven't seen them since 2007), Robert Plant (uh, duh?!), Mumford, Decemberists, Ray L, Iron & Wine, Dr. John (with Meters and in SuperJam), Explosions in the Sky, Beirut, Gregg Allman, Warren Haynes, Gypsy Punk Revue, OCMS, Bootsy, McCoury with Pres Hall, Mavis Staples, Bela, Bruce Hornsby, Loretta, DeVotchKa, Wanda Jackson, JT Earle, Ryan Bingham, Deer Tick, Low Anthem, etc... Not really excited with the indie undercard, which I focused on a lot the past 2 years, but sooo much to get excited about here. I won't be at Eminem or any other rap show, but I'll try my best not to let those acts get me down. This lineup kinda has an odd vibe, musically it should be much different for me than previous 4 years. Can't wait til June!
