Starting on Sunday, Slim´s in Northside will have a new brunch menu and hours. The restaurant will be open for lunch/dinner from 1-7 p.m. One of the new menu items is a whole roasted suckling pig cooked in a La Caja China box, which can cook a 50-pound pig in five to six hours, replicating a pit-roasted pig.
