Chef Joe West at the culinary team at The Palace restaurant at The Cincinnatian hotel (601 Vine St., Downtown) are hosting a monthly third Thursday cookout.
From 5-9 p.m. on July 17, Aug. 21, Sept. 18 and Oct. 16, the team will put together interactive chef stations featuring dishes like baby kale salad, compressed cucumber and melons, fried chicken and gravy, rock shrimp po' boys, grilled oysters, lemon ice box cake and more.
The dinner will also feature all-you-can drink wine, cold beer and batch cocktails. Rhinegeist will host a tasting at the July 17 dinner, with live acoustic music by Bluegrass band Ma Crow & the Lady Slippers.
