Millions of student debtors now qualify to use “Pay as You Earn” to repay their loans after President Obama signed an executive order June 9. Debtors won’t have to pay more than 10 percent of monthly incomes, and after 20 years anything left is forgiven. WORLD +1

After LumenoCity tickets sold out in 12 minutes, people are trying to turn a profit by illegally selling the free tickets online. Vice Mayor David Mann has motioned for an investigation to see if the free tickets were distributed fairly. CINCINNATI -1 

Just kidding, of course the NRA supports carrying guns into Chili’s. After Open Carry Texas withdrew its support, the NRA backtracked on last week’s opposition to the group’s open carry protests in restaurants.

The NRA said a junior staffer posted the mistake and it “unequivocally” supports all open carry laws. WORLD -1

Cincinnati may get a tax break when the Affordable Care Act replaces our need for the indigent care levy. Obamacare will likely pay the $18 million for health care for the poor currently funded by the levy. CINCINNATI +1

More girls have been kidnapped in Ghana near the same town where 276 schoolgirls were recently captured. This time, Nigeria’s Islamic insurgency group Boko Haram took 20 girls, rice and instant noodles while the village was preparing to host a traveling market. WORLD -2
