Celebrated pastry chef Stefan Skirtz, from S&J Bakery and Café, will teach you how to improve your recipes with alcohol, just like Julia Child! This fun cooking demonstration features recipes utilizing local beer from the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company and is presented in conjunction with the Betts House’s Bricks, Barrel Vaults & Beer: The Architectural Legacy of Cincinnati Breweries exhibit.
