Arynn Blazer and Joel Blazer are a quintessential example of Cincinnatians’ pragmatic approaches to being working artists. The couple work their 9 to 5 jobs, raise their family and create/sell their art in their very spare “spare time”— showing at galleries whenever possible, but also selling their work regularly in coffee shops, boutiques and other non-traditional art spaces.
Working with various media, the prolific artists draw, paint, collage, embroider, make videos and prints, knit, etc., etc.
Opening reception: 5-9 p.m. On view through Dec. 5. 2609 Vine St., Corryville, facebook.com/71gallery.
