The arrival of the New Year marks the return of the
Cincinnati Film Society (a non-profit founded in 1979 and devoted,
through various incarnations, to encouraging the appreciation of film as
an art form), which will host a special double feature of the Punk cult
film Dogs in Space and the music documentary Leonard Cohen: I’m Your Man
at Northside Tavern.
As an added bonus, attendees will be able to
provide questions that will be forwarded to the filmmakers (including
Lian Lunson who appeared in Dogs in Space and produced/directed Leonard Cohen: I’m Your Man) whose responses will be made available on the Cincinnati Film Society webpage (cincinnatifilmsociety.wordpress.com).
The event begins at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7 (doors will open at 6:30 p.m.). A $10 fee
covers admission and food. Come celebrate the kick off of the 2013 film
season in Cincinnati. Northside Tavern, 4163 Hamilton Ave., Northside.

Heads up! We've lowered the cover charge to $5! We hope to see everyone there!
