The MVP Sports Bar & Grille in Silverton will host a benefit show for Trumpet Behavioral Health of Fairborn, Ohio, featuring nationally headlining comedians Geoff Tate, Josh Sneed and Drew Hastings. There will also be live music from Magnolia Mountain Trio as well as a raffle to benefit Trumpet. Prizes include limited edition merchandise from this past year’s Whispering Beard Folk Festival, as well as two tickets to the 2013 show.

Comedian Jimmy Pardo of The Conan O’Brien Show is donating a full season audio/video pass for his award-winning podcast, Never Not Funny, as a raffle prize. MVP is also donating 10 percent of the evening’s sales to Trumpet. All three comics are nationally recognized and started their careers in the Greater Cincinnati area, and still live in the Tristate and headline comedy clubs throughout the nation. $10. Available through brownpapertickets.com (enter code 285610), at MVP, Go Bananas Comedy Club or at the door on the day of the show. Monday, Nov. 5.
