Join the Cincinnati Art Museum January 10 as Yogi Werner Hildebrand, an instructor at yogahOMe, explores and instructs participants in the ways of the ancient Indian art of yoga. Enjoy all that yoga has to offer including opening spaces in the body, cultivating mindfulness and touching the soul. Participants will learn more about how to be more stable, still and illuminated through the use of mediation, breathing practices and yoga positions. Whether you are a beginner or an old pro this monthly course has much to offer with techniques for all experience levels. Yoga has many benefits including a great tool to combat stress and anxiety, exercise benefits and physical health benefits. Reservations are recommended. Tickets for individual sessions are $6 for CAM members and $12 for non-members. Tickets for a one-month series are $20 for members and $40 per non-members.
