If dark meat or white meat or any meat for that matter isn’t your thing, take part in VeganEarth’s turkey-free Thanksgiving celebration. VeganEarth is a local all-volunteer nonprofit that teaches and supports ways to eat and live that are healthful, sustainable and compassionate towards animals, people and the Earth.

This is a potluck event; so bring your favorite vegan dish of at least eight servings with a full list of ingredients to share with the meatless crowd. Also make sure to pack your own compostable or reusable plates, cups, personal and serving utensils. Absolutely everyone is welcome to this event that will take place at the Clifton United Methodist Church starting at 2 p.m. Thursday. Mark your calendars in advance for their next holiday potluck event which will be on Sunday, Dec. 11.

As Chairman of earthSave Cincinnati, I welcome everybody, vegan or not, who wants to fellowship with us. You just need a plant-based dish top serve around 8. We also accept donations to keep this thing going. Often, we have local and national speaiers on the benefits of Veganism from a standpoint of health, the environment, and compassion for all life. It is great to see so many mopving in this driection. Peace to all!!
