If you can’t take the heat, try someone else’s kitchen. Seven Greater Cincinnati homes will open their kitchens as part of the inaugural Junior League of Cincinnati Tour of Kitchens Saturday. This self-guided tour begins at 10 a.m. at Keidel Supply Company (1150 Tennessee Ave., Paddock Hills). Pick up the official Tour of Kitchens program and map out your road trip.

Carpooling is encouraged so make sure to gather ahead. The tour will have you cruising to areas including: The Ascent, South Shore, Hyde Park, Columbia-Tusculum and more. Get a spoonful of styles ranging from traditional to modern and LEED certified. Indulge in chef and mixologist demonstrations, designer presentations and recipes from Cincinnati Seasoned (JLC's annual fundraising cookbook). Demos will be featured throughout the day from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tickets are $25, $50 for the tour and a copy of Cincinnati Seasoned.
