Over-the-Rhine might look like a scene from Dawn of the Dead this Saturday as zombies infest one of Cincinnati’s oldest and most unique neighborhoods. Hopping from bar to bar, the living dressed as the undead can enjoy “killer” drink and food specials at four of OTR’s most popular night-spots: The Drinkery, Japp's, MOTR Pub and Neons Unplugged. These specials include plenty of Halloween-themed options like zombie’s bloody punch, zombie fingers and eyeballs and Jell-O shots named after some horror movie classics like The Blob, The Thing and It. In addition, a few of the bars will have some frightening events, with The Drinkery hosting the band Loudmouth to do a zombie Punk show, and MOTR Pub holding a costume contest that awards $100 to the best dressed of the walking dead. Join the zombie horde this Saturday as they take over the 1200 and 1300 blocks of Main Street in OTR for the first annual Zombie Crawl from 9:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m.
