Blue Ash jams to Pat Benatar (9 p.m. Friday), REO Speedwagon (9 p.m. Saturday) and the tribute band Creedence Clearwater Revisited (7:30 p.m. Sunday) at its end of summer bash, the Taste of Blue Ash. The musical performances, which include many local acts throughout the day, are the heart of the event, drawing thousands annually.

Bring a lawn chair and a couple of sawbucks to dig into tasty fare from local eateries and spring for some kitschy carnival rides for the kiddies. Be sure to catch CityBeat's Tracy Walker's performance at 5 p.m. Saturday. The parking is atrocious, so catch a free shuttle bus from Raymond Walters College or Ursuline Academy. Free. 6-11 p.m. Friday, noon-11 p.m. Saturday and noon-9 p.m. Sunday. Blue Ash Towne Square, Kenwood and Cooper roads, Blue Ash.
